Why Charice Pempengco Was Not Part of Michael Jackson's Memorial Service Program

A lot of you might be wondering why Charice Pempengco had no part in Michael Jackson's memorial service--where most of his back-up artists for his supposed to be comeback concert in Europe were there and performed.
Various big artists were there including grammy multi-awardee Mariah Carey for performance (a performance which ended her apologizing to public).
Mariah's performance:
In my analysis, Charice had no part during the memorial service ( even if she was supposed to be part of MJ 'This is it!' concert) because, very simply, the memorial service organizer had no room for her performance. In other words, all the possible numbers for her were occupied by other artists..and much bigger artists.
For example, she could have performed the 'I'll be there' but they had to choose Mariah for that, right? No questions about that. Of course, we know, Charice has 'billie jeans' but it couldn't be performed for that event—or could it be?
Anyway, here's the highlight of that event. Watch the finale performance led by Judith Hill, she is of Japanese descent and one of the back-up singers of MJ's scratched Europe concert tour. Take a look:
